Rising Country Star Frank Ray Releases “Just For A Minute”
Rising country star, Frank Ray, has released a new single, “Just For A Minute”, to streaming outlets today. This is Ray’s fourth single to Texas Country radio and is sure to top the charts, just like his others. Earlier this summer, while his single “The Drive” jumped to №1 on the Texas Country Regional Chart, his single, “Tequila Mockingbird” was named one of the 10 Best Country Songs of the Week by Rolling Stone.
A finalist on USA Network’s Real Country, Frank received high praise by the judges. Jake Owen, said “[Frank] represents everything I think we need in country music,” and raved that he’s “there with Tim McGraw as far as performance goes.” Hunter Hayes told Frank, “Your vocals were phenomenal, your performance was great, but the best thing is that I feel like you have unending potential.”
A little over a year ago, Frank Ray was serving full-time as a police officer in Las Cruces, NM. After 10 years of service, he embarked on the journey to pursue his music full-time. Ray wrote all the songs on his debut EP, Different Kind of Country, which has spawned three top-ten hits on Texas Country Radio. Since then Ray has toured nationwide in support of his debut EP and opened shows for Keith Urban, Kane Brown, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Kip Moore, LANCO, Luke Combs, and more. No stranger to TV, Ray performed for an audience of 40,000+ at the nationally televised NCAA Sun Bowl Halftime Show in December 2018.
Fans can catch this triple-threat singer, songwriter, and guitarist, performing coast to coast with upcoming shows stretching from Alabama to California, where he will be performing at the Stagecoach Festival in April.
